Use a soft, dry cloth to clean your jewellery. For a deeper clean, wash by hand with lukewarm water and mild soap, then dry thoroughly.

⚠️ WARNING:
Never use:

• abrasives (scrubbing sponges / Scotch-Brite, etc.)
• vinegar
• bleach
• alcohol
• acetone
• baking soda
• or other household cleaners

…to clean acrylic charms. These products will cause irreversible damage to the acrylic.

Since perfumes often contain alcohol, it’s best to apply perfume before wearing your jewellery.

For golden stainless steel, abrasive agents like scrubbing sponges or baking soda can create micro-scratches and severely damage the gold plating.

RECKLESS is not responsible for any damage caused and will not accept any returns or exchanges for such items.

⚠️The sizes listed for bracelets and necklaces refer to the length of the jewellery itself - measured from the end of the clasp to the first and last link that can be fastened, not to your wrist or neck size.

To ensure the perfect fit for the chain necklaces and bracelets, we recommend measuring a piece of jewellery you already own that fits you well.

Important : Measure from the end of the clasp to the end of the link where the fit is ideal. Then, compare your measurement with the three sizes offered to find the best match.

If you don’t have any jewellery, use a measuring tape or a ribbon. Wrap it around your wrist or the base of your neck, mark where it meets, lay it flat against a ruler if it's a ribbon, and add about 1.5 cm (at least) to your size to find your measurement.

Tip : To ensure a perfect fit, you can also order an extension chain, available in the “Accessories” section, to lengthen your jewellery if needed.

Bracelets

• Use a bracelet you already wear comfortably as your reference.
• Measure as explained above and select the size that most closely matches your measurement.

Chain Necklaces

• Use a necklace that you wear at the base of your neck, not a choker-style necklace or a loose fit necklace.
• ⚠️ Attention : The chain necklaces are not designed to be worn tightly around the neck. Wearing them as a choker may be uncomfortable. Special chokers are offered if you prefer that style.
• When selecting your size, allow a little extra length beyond your measurement, as the central ring on our necklaces can become uncomfortable if the necklace is too short.

Our jewellery is designed for adults.

We only use stainless steel and 100% recycled acrylic for all of our products ; satin is for chokers only.

We use stainless steel for our jewellery.
If you already wear stainless steel jewellery without any issues, our pieces should be fine for you as well.

In most cases, stainless steel does not cause allergies, making it a safe choice for everyday wear.
